The Evolve Chiller is an amazing upgrade. It is quieter, more efficient, and definitely more aesthetically pleasing. We had a rough start when it was delivered on its side instead of in an upright position. However, my experience with the support team since the original purchase of the Plunge has always been excellent. With this upgrade once again the support team was amazing. Barry was able to walk me through the problems I was experiencing and within a day the Plunge was chilling again and we were able to begin our daily routine of plunging by the next day.
We had our plunge xl for 6 months and got used to the loud hum throughout our entire house. I did the upgrade to the new evolve chiller and it took me about 30 minutes to complete and it’s insane how much quieter the plunge now is. It’s in our garage and you can’t hear it inside even when it’s cooling.
