What happens if my Party Plunge has an issue?
While we're confident your Party Plunge will work flawlessly, rest assured we've got you covered. If you experience any issues, our in-house customer service team will promptly resolve them. If you're not satisfied or decide cold plunging isn't for you, you can return the unit within 30 days. Our Party Plunge also comes with a 1-year warranty.
Is it really just a 15-minute setup?
Yes! It takes about 15 minutes to inflate the tub and cover and if you've added the optional chiller, it's a couple minutes to connect the 2 hoses to the Party Plunge. Make sure to set aside extra time to fill the tub with water.
How quickly will I get my Party Plunge?
Below the “Add to Cart” button, you will see the estimated ship dates for the specific product you choose.“In Stock” will ship within 8 business days. This delivery time applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. Does it require a special outlet?
The Party Plunge doesn't require an outlet for use, but the Evolve Chiller does require a standard 110V outlet. For optimal performance, we recommend a dedicated 15A circuit for each chiller with no other appliances connected.
