    I purchased the original cold plunge over two years ago and still use it to this day. Despite it still being shockingly cold to get in (set at 41 degrees), I love it. I honestly feel it has benefited me both physically and mentally. Think of it like 3 minutes of pain for 6 weeks of benefit. My daily routine is to jump in after a workout, and one of the side benefits is that I don’t sweat for an hour in my work clothes after exercising :)

    Loving it.

    Setup was a breeze, I had the unit up and running within an hour or two and was able to plunge the same day that it arrived. The unit it aesthetically beautiful, and runs incredibly quiet. I have it setup right outside our bedroom windows, and I cannot hear the chiller running at night. Still haven’t convinced my wife to get in, but the kids and myself are using it daily for recovery and loving it.

    The only issue I had during setup was that there was an airlock on the filter and it did not start cycling water during the initial startup. I removed the cover and filter on the chiller and to let the water fill in, and everything was fine after that.

    Game Changer

    This has completely changed my every day life. It’s something you don’t think you really need, until you have it and realize just how much you’ve been missing. Is it a bad thing to say I look forward to doing this once in the morning and again before bed time. And it’s not like you can go full extreme coldest right out of the gate. My set goal is to incrementally go down to the coldest setting one degree at a time as my body adjust and allows for. I started off at 47 degrees and it seems to be working well for me so far at 4:20 average plunge times since I’ve gotten it.

Most customers qualify for FREE Curbside Delivery in our core “In Area” zones, which are based on proximity to major airport hubs. Addresses farther away may fall into extended zones, where additional delivery or service fees can apply.

With curbside delivery, your Plunge is brought to your driveway or curb. With Premium In-Home, our carrier brings the unit inside at entry level and removes packaging (setup is still done by you).

Yes! You will place the chiller next to the Plunge tub, connect 2 hoses, fill with water, plug in and you're ready to change your life!

How quickly will I get my Plunge?

Below the “Add to Cart” button, you will see the estimated ship dates for the specific product you choose.“In Stock” will ship within 8 business days. This delivery time applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. International orders vary - please contact sales for more information.

How does delivery work?

Our delivery partner will contact you via text and email to schedule a delivery time. The included delivery will bring your Plunge to your curb or driveway. For Premium In-Home Delivery service, select it at checkout for just $250. They will place it anywhere in your home on the first level and take away all debris

Does it require a special outlet?

Your Plunge Chiller will need to be plugged into an outlet with a dedicated 120V 15A circuit. The term "dedicated" means that the electrical circuit for your Plunge can not be used for any other electrical items.

What should I use to keep the Plunge clean?

Great news! Our incredible engineering team has developed and tested a cold water specific protocol to keep your Plunge sparkling clean. You can find the kit with everything you need plus the protocol here. You can also visit the Water Maintenance section of our Help Center to learn more.
