At Plunge, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return a plunge or sauna, please review our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility:
Return refunds:
If your order has shipped or been delivered, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers return shipping and other the costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and rectifying returned items.
Cancellations refunds:
All cancellations made prior to shipment are subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable credit card processing costs and the internal time our team spends reviewing, canceling, and refunding orders. Refunds typically take up to 14 days to process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to the Return Policy below for more details.
Return Packaging:
Cold plunges and saunas delivered by freight truck will be picked up from your home by one of our trained professionals. Please make sure the unit is disconnected and drained before pickup.
For all other products, we’ll provide a return box and prepaid FedEx label. Whenever possible, return items in their original packaging.
Cold Plunge and Sauna Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support Team: To initiate a return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.
- Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.
- Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Be sure to include the RA number on the package for easy identification.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.
- Refund Notification: You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items not in their original condition. The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been used: water maintenance supplies, accessory kits, snorkels, neck pillows, phone holders, spa covers.
