It’s been such a great addition to my routine for so many reasons!! See video!! The plunge bath is a game changer like it says on the box. Super easy delivery and I’ve been in it everyday for a month since we got it. Only days I’ve missed we were in Cabo. I have more energy, sometimes I work out twice a day and my golf game is improving…….now were thinking about getting the Plunge Sauna for “Nordic Therapy!”

Just like the plunge, I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel when I use this everyday. It’s great to go outside when I first wake up and bounce on this while watching the sunrise… it gets the blood flowing and increases my energy every time.

This specific rebounder was recommended to me by a friend and it is exactly what I was looking for - it’s a little larger than the typical 40 in but not as big as the next standard 48 in size. It was fairly easy to put together myself (after I found a YouTube video). I didn’t need to use the tool provided. I purchased the white one and love jumping on it! I didn’t even know about rebounders until my chiropractor suggested it to help with circulation. So glad I bought this!
