We love our Plunge Sauna! It’s everything I’ve always wanted in a sauna - beautiful, comfortable, hot AF, and big enough to stretch and hang with friends.
The way this entire unit was packaged and delivered was done expertly. Unpacking this thing was an experience - definitely set aside some time to assemble your unit! The entire process was super fun (we especially loved the “high five & breath breaks” included in the set up manual) But definitely took some time!
The quality of the wood for the sauna is apparent right when you take apart the first piece - the wood is beautiful and the way everything is cut for assembly was perfect. Super high quality.
We had a problem with our lights in the sauna (it was a user error, we didn’t program the lights properly. Oops! Read your set up manual!) We had to reach out to customer service for support. They were super kind, prompt and amazing to work with. They walked us through everything and helped us get it all programmed. They even followed up to make sure it was still working smoothly. That level of care = epic. Thanks team!
The wow factor of the sauna with our All In in our Fire & Ice room is pretty sweet. The room looks amazing with our Plunge set up and our community loves this service.
