I’ve had a few cold plunges before this one, and none of them have compared to the Plunge All-In Gen 2. The size is perfect, and I really love that the water is filtered before it enters the tub—it’s such a smart design feature. The system also does an excellent job of maintaining the water at a consistently cold temperature.

Both my wife and I use the Plunge on a regular basis. We were affected by the recent LA fires. Tried the Plunge All-In-One, but my circumstances changed, so I had to return the item. Customer Service was understanding and guided me thru the return process. The All-In-One was sleek and had some very attractive features. I can see the benefits of cold therapy, and hope to be plunging again in the future when I have a location for The Plunge.
I first experienced the Plunge product at SweatHouz here in Fulshear, TX. Then I decided I needed it in my own home! I've been using it 4x+ times per week usually after a Sauna session in the evening to provide some lower-body recovery. I run alot so this routine is helping me with my sleep and recovery and being ready for the next run.
