If you are in a very hot climate, we recommend our Plunge Pro to sustain temperatures in the low 40s.
Should I get the Plunge XL?
We recommend considering the XL if you're 6' and above to have ample room to submerge easily in the Plunge.

The Plunge is the best investment I've made this year for my health. Plunging is one of the most difficult, but satisfying things I do in my daily routine. Just being able to concentrate on my breathing for 3 minutes while my body transitions from shocked to relaxed has taught me so much in my overall experiences in life. No matter how stressful and painful day-to-day life can be at times, the most important thing to do is focus on breathing, embrace the pain, and learn to relax. My Plunge's cover was damaged during shipping and once I notified Plunge's customer service they immediately went into action to send a replacement.
Setup was easy and my Plunge was running the same day it arrived. The Plunge is a must addition if you have a sauna! After a hard workout it's the BEST recover I have ever had.
