Rebounder

I am very happy with the Plunge Rebounder. So gald I got it. It was delivered quickly, was easy to set up and is fun to use. I would recommend this product. It has changed my life for the better.

It’s been such a great addition to my routine for so many reasons!! Helps me get anxious energy out of my body, helps me warm up after getting out of the cold plunge, helps improve my cardiovascular conditioning (especially with boxing conditioning), less impact on my joints as opposed to running, and helps me play and feel free like a kid again :) I am a mental health nurse practitioner and I’ve already recommended it to many of my clients. Just like the plunge, I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel when I use this everyday. It’s great to go outside when I first wake up and bounce on this while watching the sunrise… it gets the blood flowing and increases my energy every time.

This specific rebounder was recommended to me by a friend and it is exactly what I was looking for - it’s a little larger than the typical 40 in but not as big as the next standard 48 in size. It was fairly easy to put together myself (after I found a YouTube video). I didn’t need to use the tool provided. I purchased the white one and love jumping on it! I didn’t even know about rebounders until my chiropractor suggested it to help with circulation. So glad I bought this!
