Happy with the Plunge XL. I’m 5’6 and the original size felt too small. The XL allows for room to fully submerge and stretch out.
We have the chiller and we upgraded from the air plunge, we love the Tub.
I like the product a lot. The set-up was easy but more importantly product quality is very high. However, the company which plunge hired to deliver the products were extremely problematic. Plunge is great, third party delivering service NOT! The delivery company scheduled a time for me to be home to sign for and accept the plunge tub and never showed up. I took off of work and waited for 6 hours and no-one showed up. I called the company and they said they said to keep waiting, but no-one ever showed up. The delivery company later explained that two men were needed to do the delivery and so they couldn't drop it off the day it was scheduled. They explained that a two man team was needed and rescheduled for a week later.
A week later they showed up on schedule. But, was one guy who was very little and complained that the company always "does this to him". Sets him up to deliver oversized products by himself. I helped him with the drop off of the plunge so it wouldn't be damaged.
