My son and I have been using our new Plunge for 50 days now. The results are great! We've learned how to strengthen our minds... Strong Mind = Strong Body. We also both agree recovery has improved. What in the past made use sore for 2-3 days now has been reduced to 1 day. I order the Plunge XL evolve with the Pro chiller last month, and I love it. The app makes it super easy to set the temperature, and the chiller works pretty fast.
