Certified Pre-Owned Cold Plunges have been examined, fixed, and verified by our expert team to ensure they adhere to Plunge's quality standards. These units might exhibit minimal cosmetic blemishes, like minor scratches.
Are they covered in warranty?
Yes! Your refurbished Cold Plunge comes with the same 12-month manufacturer's warranty that a new one does. Read the warranty here.
What are the delivery options?
Curbside Delivery:
- Your Cold Plunge will be delivered to your curbside.
- FedEx will contact you in advance before delivery.
- Once your Plunge is delivered, set-up takes around 20-30 minutes. Review our setup video to get started!
Optional In-Home Premium Delivery (available at checkout):
- FedEx will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. They may reach out via text, email, or call.
- Enjoy the benefit of premium placement delivery. FedEx will position the Plunge on the ground floor, wherever you'd like it.
- FedEx will responsibly dispose of the packaging and any associated trash.
- Note: While FedEx will assist in placing your Plunge, they will not set it up. This is to ensure the Plunge isn't set up incorrectly or damaged, as FedEx personnel aren't Plunge employees. After delivery and placement, refer to our setup video for guidance on getting your Plunge ready.
What is the availability and lead time?
The Refurbished Cold Plunges are held in stock and will be shipped out within just 7 days! However, it's important to note that our refurbished units are only available while supplies last.

The tub is awesome! Perfect size (not too big so that it takes up too much room and takes longer and uses more energy to cool), but big enough to immerse yourself completely. Easy to set-up, easy to use. Love the look and design of the tub itself. In retrospect, I'd probably have gotten the newer version with the upgraded water cooling unit even though the upgrade is much more expensive option - the old black one is pretty noisy and bulky. Also, would be great to have the app remote control capability so you can normally keep the water warmer when not using it and bringing it down when you want to soak would save some energy and wear and tear on the cooling unit.

Yeah, one of my best purchases. Such a boon in these 115 degree days in Vegas. I’m in once or twice a day. But the cooler can’t maintain set temp in the heat. Midday, it’s about 4 degrees warmer. If I get in early morning it’ll be the set 58 degrees. At mid afternoon it’ll be up to 63 or 64. Would be nice if it had some software way of compensating for ambient temperatures. I think I have the XL cooler.

I absolutely love my plunge. I got a certified refurbished and it does have a few marks at the edge, but works great. I’ve been plunging every day usually first thing in the AM. I keep it at 41 degrees and plunge for 3-5 minutes. It feels amazing.
Why 4 stars and not 5? It’s a bit louder than I anticipated, and the delivery / set up was harder than we anticipated, because the driver only put it in our garage and taking it to the lanai where we needed it set up required help. Its heavyyy. All that said - I absolutely love it.

I decided to go with the standard refurbished tub. I ideally wanted the Pro because I live in south Florida but did not have a 20 AMP outlet. I’ve had the tub for a month now and so far everything has worked perfectly. The refurbished tub looks brand new. I keep the chiller at 50 degrees and it holds during the Florida summer. The temperature will creep up when you don’t have the insulated cover on but not fast when you are plunging. The tub was delivered by a delivery company to our drive way because they could not take it to our backyard. The packaging looks HUGE however, the tub was very easy to lift and move with two people once you remove the packaging. It is VERY easy to get everything set up. Took about 15-20 minutes when you include filling the tub with water. Very happy with my purchase so far and I’m glad I went with the refurbish to save some money on the price .
