What is 30 Day Home Trial?

If you are a first-time Plunge purchaser, you will have up to 30 days from your delivery date to try your cold plunge at home. If you wish to return your order, you must return it in like-new condition, and you will receive free return shipping and full refund.

What happens if my Air has an issue?

We guarantee your unit will work without problems. If you have any issue within 30 days, our in-house customer service team will do whatever's needed to get you cold plunging as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with the unit or just don't like cold plunging, you can return it for a full refund, and we'll pay for the return shipping.

Do I have to pay before my 30 Day Home Trial?

Yes, if you pay by credit card, you will pay the full cost of your Plunge Air with Chiller at the time of purchase. If you choose financing and qualify, you'll make the first installment payment to our financing partner. Should you decide to return the product within 30 days, we will refund the full amount of your first installment after the return is processed.

Does the 30 Day Home Trial start based on order date or delivery date?

The 30 Day Home Trial starts the day your Plunge is delivered.

How do I return my Plunge?

Are all delivery areas eligible for 30 Day Home Trial?

Remote areas are not eligible for the 30-Day Home Trial. These areas include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, ferry-only accessible locations, and other remote regions. To check if your address is eligible, please contact our support team at (888) 860-0572, available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

Will Plunge refund my full shipping fee?

Yes, if you live in an eligible delivery area, we will refund your full shipping fee.

Does the chiller require a special outlet?

Nope. The Plunge Air uses a standard 110V outlet. For optimal performance, a dedicated 15A circuit with no other appliances is required.

    Best purchase I ever made, only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I plunge every morning 3-4 minutes at 49 and I feel the best I have in years. I am an avid crossfitter and I beat my body up and I am not getting any younger at 45. Plunge Air is the fit for total recovery.

    Exactly what I hoped it would be

    I’ve used this about 10-12x now and I absolutely love it. I was hesitant about the “air” version but ultimately decided on it to save some money. So glad I did. Easy to fill up and awesome that I can move it easily if needed. I’m 6’ and 200 lbs and I fit very comfortably in it too

    Perfect! Love it!

    I absolutely love my Plunge Air! I started with the Pop-Up and while it was a great intro, it became apparent after I experienced the benefits that could plunging was something I was going to want to continue. So upgrading to a Plunge Air with a chiller was a natural next step. My first Plunge Air unfortunately hada leak, but I reached and to support and they quickly got me a replacement which has been perfect for a month now. No leaks or any other issues. Plunging is challenging for sure, but I'm absolutely loving the reduced inflammation and building mental resilience at the same time!
