When I first started cold plunging about a year-and-half-ago, I was icing my bath tub and, eventually, graduated to a horse trough - I was literally, ”testing the waters!”
As cold plunging became part of my daily routine (I just felt so great AFTER the plunge!), I realized I needed to step up my game and invest in an actual cold plunge. I am a subscriber to the Huberman Lab podcast, and not only did Huberman sell me on cold plunging, he and Dr. Soberg also convinced me to try deliberate heat and cold exposure therapy. I figured if sauna is anywhere near cold plunging from a health-benefit standpoint, I needed to learn more.
Not only did I learn more, I gave in and bought a cold plunge and sauna from Plunge - it was very convenient having Plunge carry both products! The cold plunge and sauna are part of my daily/weekly routine and is an integral part of my overall health and well -being routine. Awesome purchases!
The sauna is beautiful to look at, and heats up great. 30 minutes or so to get to 200 degrees, and the app is fantastic. I have been using it every day and it works fantastic if you are sitting up top. A couple small issues - the sauna lets in a lot of air in the bottom, so the temp difference between sitting on the top bench and the lower bench if you have your feet hanging down is literally probably 40-50 degrees. Which makes a 6 person sauna really a 2-3 person sauna because your not getting anywhere near the heat if your sitting down below. And if your charging me $13k for a premium sauna, you really shouldn't hit me for $200 for a power cord to turn the thing on at the end of my purchase

Our outdoor sauna is built in-house in California with premium cedar, which allows it to withstand the elements. We use a premium Huum heater with a Wi-Fi connection to the Plunge App. We've also pre-wired the electrical box so that when it arrives, you can just plug it into an existing 220V outlet. We've taken care of all the details so you can relax and restore.
