I’ve now had the plunge for 22 days. I use it typically 5 days a week working my way down from the mid to high 50s temp to mid to high 40s. The bluetooth features have been extremely easy to use and keeping the plunge clean has been very straight forward using the protocols provided. Plunging at the colder temps has very much helped my joint inflammation around my shoulders and knees specifically. For someone that does hard Jiu-Jitsu competition training several days a week coupled with strength HIIT sessions, it was critical to incorporate a dependable cold plunge option. I’ll recommend the product at this point.

Finally got the cold plunge and love it. I wish they would send a starter package for the water maintenance so you could use it right away. I was excited to use it but with no test strips or water chemicals had to wait a few more days till arrived. Otherwise it has been amazing.

Our plunge is awesome in all the worst ways. It stays right at 39 degrees consistently. Easy to maintain and feels durable and well built. We will keep it in the garage for our cold Montana winter and then plan on putting it outside during the summer months. I feel at my most tough self when I plunge prior to 5am on my cardio days. Once that is accomplished, nothing else in the day can deter me! The plunge is brutal and wonderful all at the same time!
