I love the tub I received this fall because it is 3 inches taller than the first one I got two years ago. I have them in two locations. Is there a chance to change out ?

This pains me to express how disappointed I am in this product. First off, when I unpackaged my sauna the sauna was missing the exterior dial on the temperature gauge and the interior lights do not work.
I've had the sauna now for 3 months, and it doesnt work. The dial on the outside states that the interior temperature gauge is not working and to contact customer experience. Look, I know things are not always perfect. The fact though that I spent over $20k on your products and I can't rely on the product is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had, especially when paying the price tag that I have. I want to enjoy my sauna and not worry about if it is going to work or not.
I called customer experience, and they told me I have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back.
I did so much research on outdoor saunas. It took me 3 years to finally settle in on this product before I settled in made the very very large investment. Had I known that after such a short period, again roughly 3 months, my sauna is not functional I would have never purchased this product.
I am sick to my stomach right now. I can't believe I spent nearly $20k on your products that I have ZERO confidence that it is going to work consistently moving forward. I am not a wealthy man, this product was truly an investment into my health and its caused an adverse effect.
Truly truly sick to my stomach that I paid $20k for these products. I wish I never made the purchase.

IF you are considering purchasing a cold plunge, do yourself a favor and spend a little more and get a high quality cold plunge like the Plunge. I made that mistake and paid the price. I bought a lesser quality plunge which was $700 cheaper and ended up ditching that and getting the real deal. There is no comparison in quality and functionality...spend a little more and get 10X the product. I highly, highly, highly recommend the PLUNGE!!!!
