Neck pillow is very soft and flexible. It's solid silicone and fleshy to the touch. Feels great and is easy to clean. Wish it had a lip across the backside so it won't fall off when opening the cover. Sometimes the cover lifts the pillow and it falls into the water. Not a big deal, just could use some improvement.
Shipping is expensive so purchase supplies, pillows, and accessories when ordering your plunge. Not worth the super expensive shipping after the fact.
Note on shipping prices: way too expensive and need to come down especially for repeat customers. This is just the cost of business folks don't pass on via expensive FedEx.
