On delivery day, their professional team will:

1. Bring your Plunge directly into your home (entry-level placement).
2. Carefully handle and position the unit exactly where you’d like it.
3. Remove and dispose of all packaging materials before leaving.
   

Please note: Omni Logistics does not perform assembly or setup—this ensures your Plunge is installed correctly and safely by you or your installer. Once placed you’ll be ready to fill, chill, and plunge.

Their team will contact you to schedule a convenient time, then deliver your Plunge safely to your curb or driveway. Please note: this service does not include in-home placement, setup, or packaging removal.

We’ve partnered with Pure Install to provide a seamless, stress-free sauna setup experience. Your sauna arrives in a perfectly engineered crate designed to protect every component, and our expert technicians will handle the careful extraction, full assembly, and cleanup for you. After your Omni Logistics curbside delivery, Pure Install will reach out to schedule a convenient assembly time. Please note that electrical outlet installation is not included. Here’s how it works:

1. Curbside Delivery: Your sauna will be delivered to your location by Omni Logistics.
2. Scheduling Made Easy: A friendly customer service representative will contact you to arrange a convenient time for our expert technicians to visit. We highly recommend choosing a day after date of delivery in the event an unforeseen circumstance delays delivery of your sauna. 
3. Professional Assembly: Once scheduled, our skilled technicians will handle the assembly of your sauna. Please note: the installation of an outlet and electrical on your home is not covered by our technicians. 
4. Cleanup Included: Our sauna assembly team will remove all packaging and debris, leaving you to enjoy your new Plunge Sauna!

We’ve structured our shipping zones based on distance from a major airport hub to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across the U.S. and beyond. Your zone is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery services and rates vary by product type—The Plunge, Plunge Pod, Plunge Air, and Saunas each have different available service levels (such as curbside or in-home delivery).

We also offer custom freight options for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada, ensuring every customer can receive their Plunge wherever they are.

For exact delivery options and costs, your applicable shipping zone and service level will appear automatically during checkout.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada is handled via specialized freight services. All fees include curbside delivery unless otherwise noted. In-home delivery and professional assembly are not available for these destinations.

Orders outside of these countries are not supported at this time. Many international customers choose to use freight forwarding services to receive their Plunge products abroad; however, please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues that occur after delivery to the freight forwarder’s destination. Additionally, our product warranty does not apply outside of the countries listed below.
