Plunge All-In + The Sauna Mini Bundle

This is the perfect sauna for our needs. It gets plenty hot, produces intense steam with the large amount of stones, and provides an unobstructed view of our waterfront. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived in NC via freight. I think it was only about four days after ordering! Assembling it was easy, despite a few issues with the instructions.

I had to reach out to support for two initial issues. First, our sauna only came with three boxes of stones, but four are necessary to fill the HUUM heater. Second, the lights and fan weren't working. I reached out to support and was disappointed that it took several days to receive a reply (post Black Friday rush). However, once I finally got someone, she quickly shipped my box of stones with no additional back-and-forth. She then walked me through troubleshooting the lights/fan. I'm not sure what changed, but when I took the panel off the electrical box to take pictures, it worked when I put it back on.

I love being able to monitor the temperature and turn it on from my phone.

We have no regrets. This was an excellent purchase to complete our wellness area, which includes an Odin cold plunge (we will likely be adding a Plunge Universal Chiller to replace the one that came with it) and an outdoor shower.

I wake up at 5:30-6am in New York. I start reading in bed and doing a brain games like crosswords for about 30-45 minutes before getting out of bed. I like to get my brain moving right away. I then make my bed and get right in the plunge for 4 minutes. During the last minute, I submerge as much as possible, including hands and face. My temp is 42F. I then dry off and take my dog for a walk and feed him. I then take vitamins with two glasses of warm water and electrolytes. I also drink a short coffee with ghee. I do not each my first meal until after 12pm. After that, I begin to floss my knees before doing 1:30-2 hours of working out in my home gym. I drink 1.5 liters of water during this period. After the workout, I get into a 200F dry sauna for 15 minutes. I stretch in the sauna. I get out and rest for 1-2 minutes before getting back in for an additional 5-10 minutes before showering and starting the bulk of my workday. I drink an additional 1.5 liters of water before 10am. Sometimes before bed at night, I do 15 minutes of sauna, but it’s not everyday. More like once a week.

And that’s my routine. Been doing that for about 2 years now

I use it everyday :) Its been a great experience and I appreciate ownership and care for this sauna.

Not a perfect delivery but it got here in one piece. Set up took a couple of hours between 2 people.

My All-in tub arrived 12 days ago and I'm pleased to say I've taken the plunge every day since - and it's been great! I love the ability to set a specific water temperature from the tub's control panel or the app, plus the low maintenance design of the All-in so I can plunge any time without delay. The app is also great for motivation, tracking sessions and following a maintenance schedule. And my wife and I love the clean elegant design of the All-in which is important since it's located on our deck where we frequently entertain. The All-in has been a wonderful addition to our daily health and wellness routine.
