    Love this company even with the issues I had

    Plunge has an amazing support team. I was pretty upset when I got my plunge pod setup with my standard chiller and there was a leak in the pipes. I called them and they were on top of it! Very pleased with the customer service of this company. I'm sure your plunge won't have any issues. but if it does be sure they will take care of it 100%. The pod build is incredible. The chiller is freezing cold and effective. And plunge's customer support is top notch. The price is high but they are the best one's on the market by far.

    We started off with the pop-up, which did the job during the summer, but it started to become a pain after a while. This thing works perfectly because it’s insulated and with the chiller it’s ready in an hour.

What happens if my Pod has an issue?

We guarantee your unit will work without problems. If you have any issue within 30 days, our in-house customer service team will do whatever's needed to get you cold plunging as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with the unit or just don't like cold plunging, you can return it for a full refund.

Is it really just a 20-minute setup?

Yes! You will place the chiller next to the Plunge tub, connect 2 hoses, fill with water, plug in and you're ready to change your life!

How quickly will I get my Plunge?
