I wake up at 5:30-6am in New York. I start reading in bed and doing a brain games like crosswords for about 30-45 minutes before getting out of bed. I like to get my brain moving right away. I then make my bed and get right in the plunge for 4 minutes. During the last minute, I submerge as much as possible, including hands and face. My temp is 42F. I then dry off and take my dog for a walk and feed him. I then take vitamins with two glasses of warm water and electrolytes. I also drink a short coffee with ghee. I do not each my first meal until after 12pm. After that, I begin to floss my knees before doing 1:30-2 hours of working out in my home gym. I drink 1.5 liters of water during this period. After the workout, I get into a 200F dry sauna for 15 minutes. I stretch in the sauna. I get out and rest for 1-2 minutes before getting back in for an additional 5-10 minutes before showering and starting the bulk of my workday. I drink an additional 1.5 liters of water before 10am. Sometimes before bed at night, I do 15 minutes of sauna, but it’s not everyday. More like once a week.
And that’s my routine. Been doing that for about 2 years now
