Plunge x Hyperice Bundle Offer
General
- Offer Validity: This bundle offer includes one Plunge unit and one Hyperice Normatec Legs 3 ("Legs"). The offer is valid for a limited time only and while supplies last.
- Pricing: The total cost of the bundle will be indicated at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Availability: Both the Plunge unit and Legs are subject to availability. If any of the products are out of stock, Plunge reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Period: Products purchased as part of this bundle may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise stated.
- Partial Returns:
a. Legs Only: If only the Hyperice Normatec Legs 3 are returned, no refund will be provided as they are considered a free promotional item within the bundle.
b. Plunge Only: If only the Plunge unit is returned, the Legs must also be returned to qualify for a full refund. Failure to return the Legs will result in a deduction of $800 from the refund amount, which represents the retail value of the Legs. - Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition and include all original accessories and packaging.
- Refund Process: Allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error by Plunge, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Warranties:
Extended Warranty: Plunge offers an optional 3-year and 5-year extended warranty for the Plunge unit. This extended warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Please note that this extended warranty only applies to the Plunge unit and is unavailable for the Legs. Any warranties applicable to the Legs will be included in the product packaging or documentation. Plunge makes no additional or separate warranty and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

- Plunge is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
